Ingredients:

  • 1 cup gluten-free flour mix

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder (we love to mix with Cacao, ¼ of each)

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • ¼ tsp Himalayan salt

  • 1 cup organic brown sugar

  • 1 ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  • ½ cup Almond Milk

  • ½ cup softened butter

  • 1 egg

  • ¾ cup of hot coffee

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F, spray your pans with olive oil, set aside.

  2. Cream your butter, sugar, eggs, milk and vanilla. In a separate bowl mix your flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt, mixing them well.
